Trial
Both Starter (£29/mo) and Pro (£49/mo) include a 14-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. We aim to email a reminder about three days before the trial ends.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime:
- Use the Stripe customer portal link on your receipt or billing email, or
- Email [email protected]
Cancellation is designed to be as easy as signup. After you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a paid month.
- If you were charged in error, or we fail to provide the service for a sustained period after billing, email us and we will put it right (credit or refund as appropriate).
- No VAT is charged while we are not VAT-registered; there are no hidden fees beyond the stated monthly plan price.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If you are a consumer, you may have a 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for distance contracts. Most ApprovalFeed customers are businesses; B2B subscriptions are charged as described at signup. Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 subscription rules: clear trial and renewal pricing, and straightforward cancellation routes.
